I posted this as my Facebook status yesterday and I meant every word of it. My change can't wait until 2011 it started 12/19/2010. I'm breaking up with all the negative and evil things that have entered my life. It's over! Get your stuff and leave!!! I'm over the depression and unhappiness that has plagued me for all these years. I realize that my current reality is not my ultimate reality. The following statement put everything into perspective for me yesterday.

Taking Out The Trash: Negative People GOODBYE!

A good friend @MsNycole  tweeted this recently, "I've wasted so much time in my life on people who just bring me down. It's time to delete them and find new positive people."

It started me to thinking.....

Have you ever wondered why the positive energy is not flowing in your life?
Well, take a look around you! Are there a bunch of negative people in your life who are going nowhere fast? Dispose of them quickly! Negative people are like a quick spreading cancer. Get around the right people as soon as possible. Associate with positive, goal-oriented people who encourage and inspire you.
Your life will change and inspiration, positivity and prosperity will be beating you down.

Tragic Accident: JAK Drowned !!!

My other baby JAK (iPhone), is currenly in a rice induced coma. Yesterday he decided to take a swim in the Front Loader section of Kenmore Lakes. His lifeless body was pulled from the lake at around 9pm, and he's currently in Ziploc ICU. The next 48 hours are touch and go.  I'll keep you updated on his progress. His dad, Steve Jobs is unavailable for comment but he insists his son is an Apple and will pull through.

This collection of pictures literally took my breath away. Christian Dior was a genius. 

Sadly, he died only 10 years after launching his first line "New Look" to the fashion world.

Forced Silence

There is no sound. It's like someone has muted my life.

The sudden silence has brought me to a moment of clarity. I've been moving way too fast.
It's time for me to slow down and really listen to my heart. My heart has been attempting to get my attention, I just didn't have the time to hear it out.

I started the HCG diet ...... Again!

*sigh*

It's the only diet that works for me. Last year, I lost 25lbs in less than 30 days.

It's a fairly simple diet plan to follow. It's a VLCD (Very Low Calorie Diet) so, it may not be suitable for everyone. I've introduced several of my friends to this diet and all have been successful.

I'll share more about the diet plan a little later ....
